About Me

For many years I worked in the Care industry working with the elderly and patients with Alzheimers and Dementia. Although this work was rewarding there was something missing. I wanted to help people with their ailments not just watch.

Retraining at Lincoln College in Massage-based treatments. There I earnt a Distinction in a Diploma Level 3 in Complementary Therapies which trained me in Swedish Body Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. While on this course I also qualified in Hot and Cold Stone Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Paraffin Wax brushing and massage.

After Qualifying, I spent 18 months volunteering at a Hospice doing Reflexology and Massage. I found this very fulfilling but wished to increase my knowledge of other therapies and treatments that could help people further so I enrolled at Lincoln University where I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine.

After three long hard year’s work studying Acupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture, Electro Acupuncture, Tui Na (Acupressure), Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion and Heat Lamp Therapy I achieved my First-Class Honours Bachelors Degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.

I am a registered with both the British Acupuncture Council and the Complementary Therapists Association as are my Clinics. Currently I have a clinic in both West and North Norfolk offering many treatments all tailored to the individual. Every year I grow adding further knowledge and providing the best care for all patients.

Outside of clinics, I am a busy wife and mother to a unique family and enjoy a variety of hobbies including my pets, spending time with family and friends; as well as a Reiki Practitioner.
